Gp fl 3 (56° 01’N, 14° 51’E) bore 328° (T) and after running another 8 by engines, it bore true north. Find: a) Vessel’s position at the time of final bearing? b) Course and Speed made good c) Set and Rate of current.

Q.2) A vessel steering 130°(T) observes Kuala Grund Racon (55° 18’N, 13° 20’E) bearing 072°(T) at 2100 hrs. At 2120 hrs the same light bore 044°(T) and at 2150 hrs it bore 352°(T). Find the vessel’s position at 2150 hrs, the course made good and the rate of current if current set 080°(T).
